Communication was great. This was my second experience sharing an Airbnb with strangers, but everyone was respectful and friendly. The home is close to shopping and transportation. My only complaint would be I did experience some lagging with the WiFi when doing zoom work calls and FaceTime with family, but had no issues streaming Netflix or anything else. 10/10. Would recommend.

I’ve been staying at this Airbnb since late May, and it has truly been one of my best experiences ever. From the moment I arrived, Paula and her husband have been tremendously helpful with everything I need. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The property itself is perfect for long-term stays. It has all the amenities you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood is very quiet, providing a peaceful environment that is conducive to both relaxation and productivity. Additionally, the private room offers a great deal of privacy, which is a significant bonus. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering a long-term stay in the area. Paula's place was great for a month long stay. Although the house is shared by multiple renters, it barely felt like that. The kitchen, bathroom, living room are cleaned regularly. Each renter gets a dedicated cabinet space in the kitchen and the fridge. She also left ready to cook breakfast, ramen and soup for me. Thank you! Strongly recommend if you're looking for an affordable, clean, quite place in a neighborhood that's very walkable, close to restaurants/parks/lakes.

Paula was a really kind and attentive host. She went above and beyond to make it a great stay. At one point she even lent me a specific color of thread to finish a sewing project :)  The place was clean and a good location (easy car transit w parking). Kitchen had lots of appliances. Other guests, mostly male, were polite & respectful. Thanks for a great stay!
